On 29 September 2026 the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV), under the Ministry of Health, issued Official Letter 3656/QLD-KD. It asks manufacturers, exporters, importers and storage-service providers of drugs and drug materials to register accounts and connect their data on the national Pharmaceutical Database System at https://csdlduoc.com.vn/. Provincial Departments of Health must get drug wholesalers and retail pharmacies in their areas registered and approve their accounts. The letter sets a deadline of 4 October 2026 for registration, account approval and data connection.
What the document is and who issued it The letter is an implementation instruction from DAV, signed by Deputy Director Le Viet Dung on behalf of the Director. It carries out the Ministry of Health's deployment plan for the Pharmaceutical Database System, issued under Decision 1867/QD-BYT of 24 June 2026. Its stated aim is consistent use of the data for state management of pharmaceuticals.
