Definition
The quality standard for warehousing of finished drugs and pharmaceutical starting materials in Vietnam — set by Circular 36/2018/TT-BYT, amended by Circular 11/2025/TT-BYT. Applies to manufacturers, wholesalers, importers, drug-storage service providers, and hospital central pharmacies above a volume threshold. Covers warehouse zoning (receipt, quarantine, approved stock, rejected, returned/recalled, special-control vault), validated temperature mapping, backup power for cold chain, pest control, access control, and reconcilable electronic inventory records.
