Description
From 11 September 2026, apostille issued by the competent authority of a 1961 Hague Convention member state replaces consular legalisation for CPP (drugs) and CFS (medical devices) used in Vietnamese import dossiers. Vietnam deposited its instrument of accession on 31 December 2025. Documents from non-member states continue to require consular legalisation by the Vietnamese mission in the issuing country.
