Handles consular legalisation of foreign public documents used in Vietnamese drug and medical-device import dossiers — through 10 September 2026 the standard pathway. From 11 September 2026, the Hague Apostille Convention enters into force for Vietnam and designated apostille issuing authorities replace consular legalisation for documents from Convention member states.
