Definition
The national social-insurance fund administering compulsory health insurance (Bảo hiểm Y tế — BHYT) for the entire population. VSS reimburses participating hospitals and clinics for drugs supplied to insured patients within the national reimbursement list, and runs the centralised drug-tender results portal (Kết quả đấu thầu — KQDT) mirrored on Medibase at /search/vss-tender-results/.
