Regulatory scope
MOH issues ministerial-level instruments (Thông tư của Bộ Y tế — "TT-BYT") and delegates operational regulation to its directorates: DAV for drugs, IMDA for medical devices, Cục Quản lý Y, Dược cổ truyền for traditional medicine, VFA for food, ASTT for science and training, and Cục Quản lý Khám, Chữa bệnh for medical practice.
