NICVB lot-release application required for every vaccine and biological batch — domestic and imported — before commercial release in Vietnam. Includes manufacturer Certificate of Analysis, lot-release certificate from manufacturer-country NRA (where issued), and stability data. Foreign NRA documentation does not substitute for the NICVB decision.
