Description
Light-touch notification — not a separate licence — required of facilities delivering telemedicine under Decree 96/2023/NĐ-CP Article 87. The facility must hold a valid GPHĐ KCB covering the scope it intends to deliver remotely, IT infrastructure with data-security capability, and practitioners with the appropriate CCHN KCB. Notification filed with Bộ Y tế or Sở Y tế as appropriate.
