Description
The audit checklist used by Sở Y tế inspectors for Good Pharmacy Practice compliance at retail pharmacies, drug shops, commune-station drug cabinets, and traditional retail outlets. Aligned with Circular 02/2018/TT-BYT as amended by Circular 11/2025/TT-BYT (consolidated as VBHN 11/VBHN-BYT, 2025).
