Description
Self-declaration of food products under Decree 15/2018/NĐ-CP. Two regimes: (i) "tự công bố" — self-declaration for routine processed foods, kept on file with no advance regulator approval; (ii) "đăng ký bản công bố" — registered declaration for specialised foods, reviewed by VFA or Sở Y tế depending on category.
