Application dossier for the Chứng chỉ hành nghề khám bệnh, chữa bệnh (CCHN KCB) under Law 15/2023/QH15 and Decree 96/2023/NĐ-CP. Submitted to Bộ Y tế (for foreign and central-facility practitioners) or Sở Y tế (for province-based practitioners). The CCHN KCB is now 5-year-validity with mandatory 120-credit-hour CME for renewal under Circular 32/2023/TT-BYT.
