Definition
A certificate confirming that a product is freely sold in the issuing country. For Vietnamese-manufactured drugs destined for export, DAV issues an FSC under procedure QT.ĐT.02.01 when the product holds a valid Vietnamese marketing authorisation. FSC validity periods vary by destination requirement. For medical devices manufactured in Vietnam, IMDA issues a Vietnamese CFS — the device equivalent — with three-year validity.
