Drug Administration of Vietnam

The MOH directorate responsible for the pharmaceutical sector: marketing authorisation, manufacturing GMP, wholesale licensing, import/export, pricing, and post-market surveillance of drugs and pharmaceutical starting materials.

DAV issues GCN ĐĐKKDD for the central pharma business forms (manufacture, import-export, wholesale, storage and testing services), CPP and FSC for Vietnamese exports, and the registration certificates (số đăng ký) for drugs. It maintains the foreign-manufacturer / foreign-supplier register and runs the DAV public services portal.
